Option #1:

75 MINUTES $225

This Private Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultation includes a 75-minute session in person or online. Your wellness desires and concerns will be recognized, Ayurvedic Nutrition concepts will be learned, and your prakruti (constitution at birth) and vikruti (present imbalance) will be determined.

Within a week of your session, you will receive a customized Ayurvedic Nutrition Program that includes a meal plan, an herbal plan, lifestyle techniques, recipes and more. You will also have access to connect with Jessica Quinn as much as needed for the first month, as you integrate your personalized program into your daily lifestyle. Follow-up sessions are available after a month of integration for $100 per hour.   

Option #2

60 MINUTES $125

This Private Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultation includes a 60-minute session in person or online. Your wellness desires and concerns will be recognized, Ayurvedic Nutrition concepts will be learned, and your prakruti (constitution at birth) and vikruti (present imbalance) will be determined. This is more of a talk-story session in which the client takes their own notes as Jessica offers advice on how to balance the doshas specific to the client’s health needs. It differs from option #1 as there is no digital personalized program nor monthly access to connect with Jessica. The client integrates on their own. If needing extra assistance, follow-up sessions are available for $60 per 30 minutes.
