Ayurvedic Matcha Latte

  • Ingredients

    • 1 tsp Ayurvedic Matcha Tea

    • Optional:

      • 1 tsp raw local honey (vata and kapha dominant folks)

      • 1 tsp maple syrup (pitta dominant folks)

    • 1 tsp ghee or coconut oil

    • 1-2 cups of your choice of milk (Oat, macadamia, and raw cow milk froth well)

  • Instructions

    • Using a blender, blend milk, Ayurvedic Matcha, ghee/oil, and sweetener.

    • Heat on stovetop. Enjoy warm.

    • Hint: there are many machines available that heat, blend, and froth liquid with a touch of a button.
